At a certain point, the game kept crashing if I tried to build anything in the main city (not having this problem in any other cities, I was level 81). Contacted game support, sent an email with a screenshot and details. No response. Tried to contact app support through chat - I had a conversation with a robot who kept asking me if the problem was fixed. So I’m deleting the game, it becomes really frustrating.
