Walmart difficulties

As you can see, I am not happy with this app at all and I’m about to go in because I’m fed up and starting to get impatient and if I go to the store itself it won’t be nice. I ordered an IPhone 13 on the 4th and it was supposed to be shipped on the 5th by 10p.m they made it clear. The next day on the 5th they sent a text saying that the order was delayed until the 6th but there was no specific reason why my order was delayed and I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a good enough reason!
