Outlook become extremely slow when syncing, especially if your mailbox has roles assigned and multiple folders in the inbox. Emails take a long time to appear, Folders don’t update reliably. And the overall experience feels laggy. This makes it frustrating to use for work environments where roles, shared mailbox’s, and organized folder structures are essential. Performance needs serious improvment.
