I could not view my most recent lesson and corresponded with my instructor but we were not able to resolve the issue. Today I sent a text to tech support and got in touch with Don. Don was responsive and after a few messages was able resolve the issue. The V1 staff is amazing and supports the product very well. I should have contacted V1 earlier. Great job by Don.
