This seems to be the only place where I can provide feedback. I use Booking more than any other app because it has the most properties in Mexico, where I travel frequently. Unfortunately, it is also the app I least prefer. They include many properties that have none to poor customer service so resolving problems like no WiFi where WiFi is advertised or terrible odors coming from bathroom drains are not quickly, if ever, resolved. And there are often surprises at payment. Please please PLEASE post the TOTAL cost up front. If you feel compelled to breakdown taxes, fees and the myriad other ways
