I order alot from Rappi. I really want to love it and dont have really any other options in Medellin. But there is Really no customer service. If you have a problem it feels like you get just an auto response. Almost impossible to get anyone to respond or cancel an order even if its 90 minutes or more late. You are pretty much stuck with whatever you ordered. I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM. They said it would be delivered by 8 PM. It was made at 7:45 PM and then the guy came to pick it up at the restaurant at 9 PM to deliver it to me at 9:30 PM after its been sitting at the restaurant for
