Does it work? I don’t know. It’s sensitive to every little change in my head movement. If I look down to take a bite of food, bend over to pick something up, or anything else where my head is down it sends an alert. It might be better if it didn’t notify until it has been a few seconds. Also, as others have mentioned, I can slouch and have my shoulders up as long as my head is level. This is simply a limitation of motion tracking, but maybe there is something you can come up with to help improve this aspect. One more thing, app is super buggy on my iPhone 14 Pro.
