Ordered a food from KFC. Delivery was late and bag was opened and unsealed. One item was missing other looked messy. Did not accept the order. After contacting support to get a refund - I was informed that sorry, there are some policy restrictions to take this matter further. So yeah, would not recommend this app to anyone.
