Ticketmaster is the worst. Not only are you adding 15% to the price of the ticket for absolute nonsense (ticket transfer fee), you are the only way that I can get tickets to all events at Ball Arena. The ONLY other option is to go to Ball Arena the day of the event on the hope that any tickets are still available. The reason you can’t buy tickets in person before the day of being “for the safety of the event staff”. Really?
