Alan was the bomb and got my X1 B46/B48 licensed and tuned after not being able to do it myself. Took no more than 10 minutes total including tune time. This is a first rate company. I am a double master BMW-ACT/ASE master of over 15 years so I am meticulous. The technology today is incredible compared to what I was faced with tuning chips and no internet connectivity. A+++.
