I have submitted a ticket about my issue before and it has hardly been fully resolved. Everytime I do a workout, my music volume is cut in half. For a while now, I’ve noticed the music app must be fully closed before starting the workout. Even that’s not working anymore. I don’t mind Coach Brittny but even with her volume as close to 0 as possible, she is still much louder than my music. It completely kills my motivation to do a 26 minute bike workout with music barely loud enough for me to hear it.
