The app is useful and greatly helped with my exercise data, etc. However, upon opening Apple Health, I realised that the number of workouts were duplicated every time I synced the Garmin Connect app. There were a lot of duplicated workouts, of the same time, date and activity. They were duplicated every time I synced. Hopefully this can be solved.

The Widget in Notification Centre does not refresh by itself at times. Requires user to remove and add widget back again to make it work.
