I love how intuitive this app is! Even though I’m “cutting”, I don’t feel overly restrictive. I really like this app because it doesn’t feel restrictive, doesn’t focus on counting calories excessively, and focuses on maintaining a balanced lifestyle - understanding that you should eat well MOST of the time, but still allow yourself to live and eat things you enjoy (within limits, of course)! It helps you be aware of your portion sizing, which I truly believe is the biggest adjustment when you start tracking your intake.
