When I was paying in the store, and wanted to open the app for scanning a loyalty card to get my benefits from my purchase - the app suddenly told me i have to log in. And for some reason the login didn’t work. The cashier was mad at me that I was holding the other people while trying to log in. At the end I left the attempts to log in and payed for my stuff without getting the discounts and the cashback. Really annoying user experience. How do you think I will store my credit cards in the app, if it can’t be trusted even for the loyalty cards.

I’m almost convinced that you are doing worst UX apps for iOS. I know what it’s not true.. but the whole authentication experience with Microsoft flow, starting on MacBook pro and going through mobile app, and then ends up on Macbook, it’s a huge pain for the user. My employer forcing me to do that, only because of the license and security. But one day I will be in a position where I will have to make a decision if I continue as a company to pay for your services, and I will definitely will look for an alternatives.
