I signed up for the 7-day free trial, cancelled it within a few hours, and still got charged for the full annual subscription. This is highly misleading and goes against basic consumer protection rights, including the 14-day withdrawal period under EU law. I never consented to waive my right to cancel, nor did I request immediate execution of the paid service. Very disappointed. Please refund.
