I had a very disappointing experience with the FITTR Fitter app. Once you pay, there is absolutely no personal engagement from the team. No one calls you, no one checks in, and no one shows any real care—whether it’s after payment, after renewal, or throughout the entire duration of the plan (annual, quarterly, or six months). During my entire time on the app, not a single person from the team reached out personally. The only communication you receive is automated in-app reminders. There is no human touch, no accountability, and no sense that anyone actually cares about your progress or exper
