Booked a ride being shown 8 min waiting time. When I checked the app in 15 min, the driver was far away and not moving. Calling the driver didn’t bring any result - didn’t pick up the phone. Waited for 20 minutes in total than cancelled the trip. Very surprised and frustrated to be charged with 130 NOK cancellation fee in this situation, it is unfair, will never use again.
