I made an account years ago and had results posted to my account. A recent conversation between a coworker and I sparked my interest in my results again. Upon trying to login I realized I had made a typo in my email years ago. Trying to contact customer service is impossible as it tells me my password is expired and the email it wants me to send a new password to does not exist. Upon trying to call customer service the robot hangs up on you if you cannot provide an account number. Trying the contact us button on the website also prompts a login.
