Did United ever try themselves to check in with the mobile app then find the boarding pass? Obviously not - it’s hard to find it, too many ads and too many cascade menus, needed to click through a lot of menus to find it. After check-in, the boarding pass is the first thing a passenger needs, not advertising nor mileage plus program, unlikely wheelchair or taxi adds, etc. Etc. Try it out once yourself – and you will see what I mean… bad app.
