They have stolen from me. I paid for a trip, and after the payment was taken, the driver cancelled it. The money was never refunded. I submitted a request, but I had already travelled outside the country, and still the refund never arrived. There is no way to contact their support team. This is ridiculous, and I would not recommend this application to anyone.
