Terrible customer service. I contacted support multiple times after leaving my earphones in a ride, and nothing was resolved. Every time it was another excuse, and in the end I was told they are “still waiting for the driver.” To make matters worse, one of the people who called me back was rude and dismissive during the conversation. The whole process was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unhelpful. Clearly, if you lose something in an inDrive ride, you should forget about getting it back. Definitely won’t be using your services again.
