Unhappy#5

The driver didn’t follow the instructions. He left the food outside the apartment block and didn’t notify me that it was there - he didn’t call the number I had asked . Someone then must have taken the food as it was gone in the 2 minutes it took me to reach it . When I called his phone he didn’t understand me and he put the phone down. I ordered this food for my 90 year old mum who is house bound and alone - but the driver couldn’t care about that - now my Mum is alone and hungry in Easter Day as her usual Meals on Wheels is not delivered on public holidays ! I am so disappointed in the poor
