I’ve had many issues with technology and terrible customer service in the modern world. This app and its partners (KAT) are by far the worst. I was visiting Knoxville for a football game and decided to try the local transit that all the restaurants were advertising. Firstly, the app layout is horrendous and confusing. That isn’t even my main issue. They make you PRE LOAD funds to your account (not buy a ticket) but add them ahead of time, to then be scanned later when you arrive at the bus.
