Ummmmm....really?

I am beyond frustrated and close to tears. I have used this app to document my kids lives and upgraded to pro nearly two years ago. When I renewed my subscription in April the app did not register the renewal. My phone shows it as renewed but the app and the website will not let me log in. This means I can’t add new entries but I also can’t see any previous entries. They are all held hostage by an app that won’t let me login. When I try to add a support request (horrible support program btw) I am met with an “unknown error” from the website and it immediately deletes my request. Please do not
