App is certainly quite alright, there are at times the that the system will be down due to errors and but I’m sure a little patient from the community would be greatly appreciated; just a unbiased opinion because truly the VA lack resources and employees to manage the app. That being said, it should truly be great if the app and the website could be synced within 24-48 hours apart or have a automated message that will direct us to use the website in case the app is down. It could also be implemented a option for users to make reports letting the IT team know and have an idea of what the issue
