Occasionally I leave my Fitbit on the charger when I leave home. I got this, hoping I could do what it says it does and move my data from Apple Health to Fitbit. This app is both overly simplistic and tedious. You start on the main screen with a giant Sync Now button. If you do this without taking any additional steps it can erase a lot of data from Fitbit; you have to go to Advanced Settings first and tell it how far back you want it to go.
