This was the worst service I have ever used in my life. I’m not even being dramatic, every aspect of flix is horrible. Today I missed the bus that was supposed to take me to Boston, I got there to the bus stop on time, turns out that they had one guy who only yelled out once (and I know this because he did this for the other buses) that my bus was there. I didn’t hear that announcement and I asked them at the exact time the app said my bus was departing about my bus. Then i got told my bus had left.
