Chase is useless. When trying to divide my banks these people kept overdrafting my account. I called only for them to tell me it’s a default feature and it cannot be changed. I then asked for help removing certain merchants from charging me because I’ve had trouble connecting to some of them and they said they also cannot do that. So, then I locked my card only to be overdraft anyway while I try to sort out all my payments to my new bank.
