4 years later but the problem of the not received code is still there. I can't change my (Dutch) phone number, nor transfer to a new device. Fix it please!

I paid for a subscription to the app but can't access it anymore because the update now requires iOS 16. That should be illegal (or a refund should be offered), but more than that, it shows a mentality of caring only for the affluent customers. Pushing consumerism, way to go NYT !?
