Just a heads-up, many of the vendors are simply thieves and DHGate’s dispute process is a farce. DHGate has an available dispute process, that should tell you everything you need to know about this platform. I should have gotten the clue,, but it wasn’t until I needed to use the dispute process that I discovered the entire platform is just a conduit for thieves to take your money. Just beware that there is no real dispute process. It’s a total farce. They’ll ask for evidence over and over and then completely ignore the fact that you’ve uploaded the evidence. They do this until the timeframe fo
