Agoda has no idea about the hotel check in and check out policy.Horrible experience as they type wrong information about hotel. At hotel reception the check in and out time is totally different what was mentioned on Agoda site. Now not refunding the money as they are making excuses that they are not able to contact the hotel. Please refrain to make booking as this is not even Indian website and its very hard to contact them as we need to make international call if we want to speak with them.
