The customer support is basically non-existent. I’ve made 8 orders with them on my time in Brazil. Average wait time for all 8 orders is 1.6 hours. Of those 8 orders, 2 cancelled, and 2 never arrived. One of them, the receptionist said he took the picture of the food, then took off with it. The other time, the receptionist said no one even stopped by. When contacting customer support about my Dominos Pizza I ordered on 9:30pm and “arrived” on 1:15am the next day, they said I have to call them to dispute it. Thing is, the store is closed by then. Overall, a really bad experience.
