I’m only giving this one star because zero stars isn’t an option. This app is extremely difficult to use and consistently frustrating. I tried to use it at least five separate times, and every single attempt ended the same way: confusion, poor functionality, and eventually giving up. The hotel booking feature in particular was terrible—clunky, unintuitive, and not remotely user-friendly. On top of that, the app feels largely empty, with very little activity or engagement, which defeats the purpose of a “connect and travel” platform.
