The app does not show the location of the driver in real time. The app says the driver has arrived but the driver hasn’t arrived after 5 mins. When I refreshed the app, it showed the driver was still at the pick up point. I had to cancel AND THEN the driver arrived. Everything on the app is good except for just that. Big cause of delay.
