Toca ari

I was going to the ok street high and Toca kicked me out of the game and reset my world and I took so long to build my house and I am quitting Toca because of this and Toca has not been given me my old gifts and new gift I thought that since I was missing some gifts I should have delete my Toca and would have gotten back the gifts I was missing but I lost more gifts please fix this problem
