On the crew bus now. Several of my flight attendants are looking at their CityMaps2Go app. They have all lost their pins as well. This is absolutely not OK. These have been traditionally relied upon for rendezvous spots in the interest of security. Unable to open the Support email. This has been a staple for flight crew navigation in unfamiliar foreign countries for over a decade. Maybe time to change the common app but this will be difficult with over 30,000 crewmembers.
