Worst customer service ever! My trip was at 11:00 am and I arrived at the location provided and the bus was not there. I missed the bus and called the customer service and they were throwing me from a person to another and they say it is not there responsibility! Then I booked another ticket at 2:30 and I stayed next to the bus station. When it was 2:30 they said the bus already left!!! Me and 4 other people left behind. Now they refused to make a refund to any of my trips! And said you were checked in for the second bus. Like howww? Who checked me in? I’m still here hello? In short, I don’t
