It was already grating going through an extra step to circumvent the AI overview. With the new proposed update to change the whole search engine to AI answers instead of an actual search engine to look through the original sources I'm just deleting the app. AI is just as accurate as asking some stranger on the street the same question, but at least if I asked a stranger I won't be contributing to climate change, the destruction of towns water supplies, increasing electricity bills to civilians, to fund some misused slop so the billionaire tech bros can try and almost get close to a return on i
