Tired of Booking

Second time using booking to coordinate my vacations. The first time was back in 2021 and then now in 2026 and both times the third party booking site has been a huge let down. For the 2021 trip we had to reschedule flights after a hurricane struck New Orleans and booking refused to do a proper reimbursement despite a natural disaster interfering with our stay. We lost out on $600+ when they refused to make using the credit they gave us easily accessible. Even with customer service fully acknowledging the credit it never transferred to future flights.
