Refund system is very bad. I was ordered 3 pieces in one purchase via online. After received, I had return and get refund for 1 pieces because it not fit for me. The process of return was good enough even they have the cost for the delivery back. But the point of this complain is about refund process. I think Zara doesn’t contact with the payment method that i have used when I purchased even i get the email about the process of refund not more than 30 days. So I keep waiting for month which i have never get notice of my refund. Then i have to contact the bank myself and the bank have no inform
