Very convenient service and friendly drivers but the app is glitchy. Many times I will be asked to approve a replacement but there is nothing to approve. Sometimes the shopper doesn’t read my notes, for example if a 4-pack of a product is out of stock and I leave a note to replace it with 4 individual products instead, I will only get 1 individual product when I need 4. But mostly it is an excellent service that I use often
