Okex requires you to have a minimum amount to deposit, otherwise they pocket your money. This disincentivizes new people from joining the platform. Customer support is very dismissive of your questions and will outright lie to you so you go away. I have contacted them about resolving my issues, this review will be updated if anything is resolved. I suggest an alternative platform like Binance which doesn’t restrict or steal your money
