Missed flights due to no fault of our own. NO alternative flight. Had to find and get to over night accommodation on our own. Second flight to Detroit was diverted to Cleveland where we were made to wait, then was cancelled and we were put on buses to our final destination. Most of these incidents could have been handled a lot better. If we could avoid United Airlines we definitely would in future.
