I wish I could buy any kind of ticket instead of being limited to the one way ticket!! I mean, using the machines at tram stations is a nightmare for foreigners but you can buy a daylong ticket or even a weekly ticket but not in this app, WHY? Another annoying thing is the validity of the ticket bought through the app, the one I needed was valid for zero time, literally valid from today 10:34 to today 10:34, how am I supposed to buy a ticket online that would not be valid when I use it later on?
