Works meh on the rare occasion that it even works at all
9 out of 10 times I try to use the app it’s down and tells me to go to the website, and god forbid you were hoping the live chat was an actual person. Instead it’s an AI that can’t answer basic questions. I’d tell Highmark to do better, but I know they won’t.
