My current stay at a residence inn in flint grand blanc Michigan does not perform as described. Every other day room service only happens once a week with items left out off the check list. Dirty dish towels not replaced. Floors left unclean no dishwasher soap or coffee. Breakfast is worse than jail food ( I imagine) on dollar store styrofoam plates and sleeping in same linens for three weeks now. Nothing but excuses of why they do not comply with app promises. So point is you can’t rely on info on app on every facility. It becomes incumbent upon you to request these services and keep room sup
