Got this app in November and had habits until the new year and some things changed and I could keep up for a little bit so I lost the streak so I started some new ones on January 2 and it’s been very helpful to me. Like others have said it’s a gamification of your goals and I have found that very helpful. I use this app in particular instead of the countless others because the UI is very simple and although many people have reported bugs and glitches, I personally haven’t. If you’re serious about your life and you wanna make some changes, I recommend this app.
