I downloaded this app and started the trial (only using it once) before receiving a notification from Apple that I was charged for an annual premium upgrade. I immediately tried to dispute, not understanding how I was so quickly charged during my trial. I’ve been refused a refund (2x) via Apple from this app, and I have contacted this company twice with no response from them. I have no further desire to try this app, given their charge-and-go-silent behavior, and I am now having to dispute it with my bank. What’s made this whole matter so off putting and suspicious is that they have both a m
