So this thing is awesome and works! It has a little pain factor to it, which is normal per the instructions. It doesn’t hurt bad bad but it has a little bite to it and you can adjust the settings. It is direct heat to a bite! But the heat and little burn it has relieves itching almost instantly after treatment… it’s a satisfying sensation tbh.. my kids use it and they are as young as 4. I’m saying all this to not deter users from it but to let you know it WORKS! My wife has skeeter syndrome and
