I used Naver Maps to plan my trip to Korea and created an account just for that. Out of nowhere, my account was suspended without any warning or explanation. I didn’t violate any terms, I simply saved places using the bookmark feature and tried to book activities. Customer support is almost impossible to reach. All my saved locations are now gone. If you’re not living in Korea or don’t have a Korean phone number, don’t expect help. Extremely disappointing and not trustworthy for travelers.

Ich hatte die App schonmal in vollversion gekauft mit meiner gleichen E-Mail aber trotzdem ist alles weg jetzt wo ich ein neues Handy hab, musste sogar neu kaufen, blöd ^^
